We guarantee all orders to be in new and in working condition upon arrival.
Return Policy Agreement:
* Damage items must be reported within 7 business days of arrival, damage items can only be
replaced with the exact item ordered but not for exchange or return for full credit.
* Damage item will be replaced at our full cost. Return on non damage item customer must pay for
followings fees below.
* All returns must be made within 7 business days of arrival. All returns must be made within 7
business days of arrival. Please call for return address and ROI number. All returns must have an
ROI number. Packages without ROI number will be refused. Please get delivery confirmation as
we are not responsible for packages left outside our warehouse.
* A tracking number and a copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
* Fixtures must be returned in its original packaging within 7 business days of arrival, in new
condition.
* This return policy does not apply to products that have been used or installed.
* Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways.
* A 10% restocking fee will be charge to the subtotal amount on all returns.
* All packaging materials, instruction guides and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or
damages will be deducted from your refund amount.
* Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days.
You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a
5% cancellation fee.
